I know that it is in Burger Dollars, but you should be able to find some good used stuff over there, or even buying new if you get these, considering how much of your budget is left. You may even be able to get a dedicated gpu. Also left out the case because unless your old pc was hit by a truck the case should still be useable.

OP here, just arrived home from the store, so unfortunately I only got to read the last 10 posts now (after I already made the purchase). I ended up buying the Asus I mentioned in the first post for 350 euros.
