I don't see how I could get a virus, I don't go anywhere on my phone besides 4chan or youtube. It isn't rooted and I don't use 3rd party app stores.

There isn't much more I can do if a factory reset didn't work, is there? As >>56162210 said it could be bad ads. I don't have adblock on my phone, that could be the issue.

Not even going to try turning it off on my PC to test it, fuck that.
