Fuck you AMD why don't you die already!
Agreed. What we need is no-competition in GPU manufacturing so one company can charge whatever the fuck they want and say 'fuck you' to innovation.

weve reached the end of innovation and are ready for a state thats a cycle. Its the same thing in tv and cinema with remakes. It only needs to last a life-time.

I like AYYMD but I wish that they would either get their shit together, which they 'seem' to be doing. Or be bought out by a competent company like ibm.
the shills is reel
Heheh AMD is dying for real next year
S...Stop!
Because Intel won't let it.
If AMD dies they'll be forced to sell the rights to produce x86 to another company and there is no company on earth that can fuck up as often and consistently as AMD

>new amd cpu is as good as intel from 3 years ago
fuck you're right
amd existing is the real monopoly

>broadwell-E was 3 years ago
nice b8

no but Haswell was
>People thinking they could get $12 or $15
Delusion, get rekt fags
AMD is making chips for both consoles. PC stuff doesn't even matter anymore. It's a drop in the bucket compared to consoles.

http://www.cnbc.com/2016/04/22/mobile-game-revenue-to-pass-console-pc-for-first-time.html
>PC GAMING: $31.9B
>Consoles: $29B
>mobile gaming: $36.9B
PC gaming outstrips consoles in revenue, and that's only gaming, that doesn't include the all other revenue, which completely dwarfs these numbers.

Just hardware is €375bn, and the money isn't in hardware, it's in software.

It's very possible but it's likely not going to happen in one day. If Zen launches well it could very well reach $12.
>>56159039
>didn't buy a shitload of AMD stock when they were at $1
Fuck this shit, I missed the cash train agaim
>>56162693
You could have tripled your investment but you could have just as easily lost it all as well. The market is influenced by every trade and the money in the stocks does not turn into actual money until you cash out which would also affect the stock price.

They were under $2 a few months ago.

Only unambitious twats with lack or knowledge or vision say things like this. The reason you see stability in so many consumer products is because too many people became capable of producing them and they could all sell you shit and appeal(manipulate you through) to your instinctive desires and interests. But GPUs are measurably better than eachother in frame time, stability, framerates, inputlag in a field lead for now by geniuses so even when walls are hit, they'll find genuine and measurable improvements to make so they can sell you new products (measurably better than "last gen" and competitors). The unlimited wants and needs of man fuel our desire for more and better and the companies wanna get paid. Technology can improve architecture, compatibility, all kinds of shit. GPUs will continue to improve in some way, so long as we have multiple manufacturers. Thank fuck AMD, Intel and Nvidia are all still in the game.
