what do you recomend?
Anything less then LN2 is useless.
>>56152675
ok, I get it, not going crazy on the oc with this one tho
Just regular air coolers then?
>>56152661
There is nothing wrong with it. /g/ just has a hard on for air coolers and will shit on anything else
>>56152617
Do you really need the k model?
Also I'd probably spend more on the psu.
And g is gonna shit on you for that cooler (as i mentioned above) but aios do a good job and look alot neater. But that's all preference after a certain point
>>56153723
>not spending the extra 15 bucks over the non k when overclocking the 6600k will get you much more than a gigahertz more processing power
>>56152661
Water cooling is mostly a meme.
Just buy a 212 Evo and be save like a bazillion $$$ while only having ~10°C worse temps
>>56153883
That's how PC prices always are. 15 here 10 there 20 here, next thing you know you're build is 100$ more than you planned. They're genius at pricing that shit.
>>56152661
Corsair H100i will do. Has been a standard cooler for a long time.
>>56153940
oh no 100 whole dollars. soooo much money
>>56154208
>budgets are for poorfags!
>>56152617
It is fine. Check to see if you can save some $$$ by going for 8GB and an air cooler, and using that $$$ to get a bigger/better SSD.
>I'm using it for gaming
stopped reading
>>56153883
Money adds up
And i dont know how much money op has.
Problem?
>>56154243
Unlike you only using it for shitposting?
I have this exact case coming tomorrow. It looks so pretty in pics. It's my first build too. Hope I don't fuck this up tomorrow :/
>>56154517
That's only an added function of a computer
Why are you using saw for cutting meat when you can use a knife that was designed for cutting meat
>>56154202
How's the h100i v2? I've got one ordered.
>>56152617
Looks ok to me
Don't listen to retards saying go for 8GB of ram
16GB is a minimum these days
Prefer 32GB desu.
Also try get at least 3600mhz speed ram it can improve your minimum fps by around 4-6 fps depending on game compared to say 2100mhz
Also don't get a shit-tier wireless card like 150s at least 433mbps
150 usually works out at lower than 50mbps in real world speeds.
>>56154590
Not op but I ordered 1 stick of 8 go ram because I'm broke and people said its better because I can upgraded to 16 gb when I get $. Did I dun goofed?
>>56154548
because the saw is better in every possible way at cutting meat than the knife
In case you all didn't know op is ordering from cyber power PC and not actually building it himself. You can tell by the way the components are worded.
>>56154647
Except you don't have sharpen a knife every time you get new meat because that's what it was made for.
>>56153938
>120mm rad
>cooling as well as a custom loop
lol no. i saw ~10c better temps on my custom loop, you wont see those kind of gains on AIOs, they perform on average 1-3C better their heatsink cooling equivalents while costing more. though if you do go AIO your only excuse for it should be aesthetics.
>>56154227
yea dont buy a pc
you buy good parts that can oc for good temps your pc wont be obsolote for 3 years or more
spending an extra 100 bucks for that is worth it as fuck
Need some sweet advice, would like a /g/ approved pre-built gaming desktop to buy online or a trustworthy shop in Newcastle Australia that will build one. My budget is 2000 dollarydoos.
>>56154625
ram is cheap is fuck anyway
>>56154661
the meat is intentionally lower quality because it's all that the knife can handle more often than not
>>56154684
You won't find any /g/ approved gameshit
>>>/v/
>>>www.reddit.com
>>56154695
Nice so it'll run fine is all I was wondering. Just making sure I didn't get meme'd
>>56153938
>Water cooling is mostly a meme
lel, what is custom waterloop
water cooling is the fucking future
>>56154697
But the lower quality meat gets the job done
>>56154721
itll run
>>56154725
>water cooling is the fucking future
actually no, since hardware is getting more and more energy efficient while producing less heat.
>>56154734
and the saw will cut it better than the knife anyways
>>56154772
But the saw is way more expensive
>>56154780
Anon, you can stop baiting at this point. It's common knowledge that you can build a pc that's better than any console for the same price, this is /g/ for fucks sake.
>>56152617
>terrible spelling and punctuation
>disgusting ricer case with window and LEDs
>this specs
>Im
Checks out.
>>56154767
more efficient just means you can stick more power into a tiny space
shit still gets hot when you overclock
>>56154809
>not wanting a window with pretty ass LEDS
Why does /g/ always meme this?
>>56154849
Leds are pretty good for playing in the dark imo
>>56154913
That mostly when I play anyways and it lets me use just the case light glowing on the wall and a small light on the corner instead of giant ceiling light on all the time. Way more comfy imo
>>56154468
>Money adds up
Only if you're a poor piece of shit.
>>56155588
Hence the addition of not knowing ops budget
You fucking faggot
>>56152617
did you run out of cash when you got to the gpu?
Also you bought a seagate.
>>56153938
so you cant get bigger difference in lower temps using watercooling over air then?
If you can (which is actually the correct answer) then it isnt a meme.
