Why does this headset's 100% volume output sound like 20%?
The volume it puts out at max is nowhere near what I can get from the shitty phone buds I have laying around.
I've installed the drivers, got rid of them, re-installed them. Same thing with LGS (Logitech Gaming Software).
Even switched to version 8.40 from 8.84 since I read it might help. It didn't.
Should I just return these? Is it a lost cause? Help.

Other than synapse, I also found the Razer Surround stand-alone program. I'll give them both a try.
This is a common issue for the G430 I guess? I had the Gamecom 780 before it stopped working and the difference in sound quality is ridiculous.
How much of a difference did synapse make for your G430?

Do people actually buy these gayming headphones?
Not even that against gaming but you realise you are better off with actually decent open back headphones and a 10 dollar mic, you dont need 'surround sound' when you have a larger soundstage
