Couldn't hurt to try, but the Corsair pumps don't move very much water. You're better off selling the H60 and putting the money toward an actual pump and CPU block.

Flow speed is hugely important. A slow speed, especially with multiple components in the loop, will perform worse than a budget air cooler.
