What's the best minor to couple with CS?
Mathematics should be a mandatory minor (at least covering calc 1-3, linear algebra and probability, preferably some algebra)
Beyond that, biology or physics

Seriously, taking something more unusual like history can open new ways of thinking.
People take the obvious one like math because they over lap so much, and it is useful. But something like food science is all about mixing things to get the right outcome, which is very applicable to CS.
Once you find those connections you can solve problems in ways other can't because you have done the extra work to expand yourself.
