So sometimes when I'm on 4chan on my phone on the sites home screen there is a redirecting popup/ ad that says bullshit about RANDOM INFECTION CALL 1800

Either switch to a browser that doesn't rely on ads, or root your phone and block ads. Or if you're an idiot who thinks rooting the phone will destroy it, use "clover" to browse 4chan. It's not on play store, you can get it on f-droid.
