Open task manager, right click on process open folder location. End the process and delete the folder and all it files that the program has. Open msconfig and uncheck the now deleted program. Install gentoo

Guys it canceled my revo unstaller installation. I alsa have a fuckton more ad shit like a facebook and netflix app on my desktop wtf pls someone help me.

Try in safe mode.

malwarebyte that shit, then reboot in safe mode and use ccleaner to clean uninstall it, then clean all temps and shit from registry, reboot again and rescan with malwarebytes, if nothing found do another pass with ccleaner to be sure tmps got properly deleted, then reboot in normal mode.

Shut down all it's services, get "unlocker" if you have no idea how to and just right click on the program's folder and unlock it.
Install "your uninstaller" and try uninstalling it that way.
If you can't do shit install windows 7 or 8.1

I know it can leave behind unwanted remains, hopefully those remains don't do any harm. The real solution to OP's problem is perhaps getting an antivirus and scanning his system for virussen. It's prob in some malware database. But I believe even antivirus leave some files behind. Once you have a virus the only thing that 100% removes it is uninstalling windows and install gentoo
