Not only is this thread bait/troll/bullshit, but the screenshot is outdated too. They "improved" the start menu, so that now, you can't shut down with keyboard only (or I'm too stupid to figure out the probably very "intuitive" way to do it.)
Unless you use the command line, that is. What a great improvement
