Does your PC refuses to boot if one cable sticks out on top of the motherboard? You guess it right, no.

Also, just because its name is "desktop" it has to be at the top of your table. I put mine on top of the floor and it runs fine. I'm too busy being so productive that I don't even have the time to look at the tower.
