Homeland has used it on me for over a year. I wasn't sure the tech had a name. I'll happily answer any questions about it.

I am able to "talk" to them and hear my voice on their computer speaker. They were given permission by the HOA to stay and test it out on me, although they are not allowed to repeat anything they see as a result.

How did you get in contact with HOA, also how are you able to see their computers. Have you experienced any side effects?

They found me as a result of a re-opened investigation regarding piracy among other things. I deducted they had a computer when I could hear my voice in a different unit. They can cause any number of "side effects". I've experienced nausea, fear, pain (anywhere they want on my body), and disorientation. They are able to "link" to me by use of a retinal scan. There are two types, and the "quick scan" is somewhat painful. Homeland and other agencies are using the tech to communicate with each other as well through "channels", either secure or unsecure.

HOA = Home owners association (my apartment)

Homeland has already tried to silence me over this even though it is not legal to do so in my state. It is very real.
