Someone saw the Pyra, went "what a load of bullshit" and used modern hipster tactics to make their own version, and make it popular.
Looks better, has better specs and doesn't cost as much as my right fucking testicle.

Depends on what you want.

Pyra is less powerful, but has superior battery life, storage and input. It's more *free*, upgradeable and has the option for mobile internet and calls.

GPD Win has Windows and more processing power. For many people, this will be all they need to hear. It will somewhat run actual games and will generally be more normie-friendly.

Both are pretty intesting devices. I don't think one is objectively better than the other. Each one is pretty shitty at what the other one has nailed

What's the upgrades on the Win from the XD? Just Windows? How far can it emulate, I assume the dream of portable PS2 emulation isn't real yet. Can the Windows run Diablo 2?
