I use deluge but too it's high on ressources.
I'd like to use the official windows transmission port but it crashed a lot for me the last time I tried.

Deluge has been the best in my experience.
Works really well and is open-source.

There is a 2-3 second delay when starting it up if you have a ton of torrents though.

utorrent 1.8. takes care of torrents and magnet links. everything else is unnecessary.
