I got a proliant DL360 G4 today, I want to install debian but I can't boot from a USB drive.
There doesn't seem to be an option for it in the BIOS configuration utility.
Can it be done or is this thing just too damn old for that shit?

Does it have an optical drive? Just use a CD
I've got a DL380 G4.
You should be able to Boot from USB, but apparently you might have to flash the BIOS to a newer version first.

Can you boot from PXE/tftp?

That is.. if I remember correctly.
I've only really booted it up two times, and I can clearly remember having problems with the USB the first time, leading me to burning a DVD.
But I *think* it worked from USB.
