Can anyone here tell the difference between 160kbps opus and flac?

I don't care about artificial tests, but I really can't tell any difference between FLAC, MP3 320 kbit\s and Opus 160 kbit\s.

I can't either. However i use opus 128kbps vbr for my music because having a 4mb opus song instead of a 10mb mp3 320kbps matters a lot with 10k+ songs in limited storage devices.

There was a thread on hydrogenaud.io where some were able to on a specific "problem sample" song. Overall that bitrate on Opus with compression level 10 is safely transparent but like all lossy codecs it has its caveats.
