Opinions on Midori?

These lightweight browsers all seem to miss the mark for me.
Adblock is not the only plugin I need.
I also want to manage javascript and CSS.
I would also like to modify the UI like you could in the old Firefox.

I want a browser from someone who knows they don't know me. And they never will get it right for me, so they allow me to change it without rewriting the entire browser.
