I connected my Dualshock 4 to my phone via bluetooth, when I connect it, and the blinking light suppose to be permanent, but it still blinks and the controller doesn't seem to be connected because it doesn't work while playing games.. any thoughts ..?

Which phone are you attempting to pair it with?

The video seems to assume your phone would have OTG capability.
