Is there anywhere I can acquire a copy of windows 8.1 cheap? Or is there any way to transfer the 8.1 that came preinstalled into my laptop onto a completely new pc build?

Also, how would I actually be able to get the files for the OS to install onto a pc? Cos they usually have a disc for that?
