Hello /g/uys,
I want to buy a small portable laptop onto which to install Gentoo with XFCE and be able to take it with me and perform basic tasks.
Would this be a good idea? (Specs below)
Or would /g/ recommend something else? I would not want something that has more than 12.5 inches.
Also, general small laptops thread

Your other option in this size is Atom. Celeron is great.
Have you considered the Lenovo Thinkpad X220?
God tier GNU/Linux support and a >18 hour battery life.
