Hello /g/entlemen, i found this Terrans Force laptop in my basement and was wondering if I could get some help with it. It's missing the charger and the battery, I took it into a computer shop and they told me it probably needs a new motherboard. It gets video error when it turns on. I was wondering if it was worth me fixing it, or should I just strip it for parts?

Yes, 180w. Back then those could take even a m7970 and 680m. I think they can even take reent cards with vbios mods.

look on ebay for a motherboard, and it's rare to have a video issue as the display GPU is on the CPU, and the discrete GPU only turns on when it's being used.
