that's with an OCed AIB model. the reference 460 is close to ~20% slower because it has a 100mhz core clock and throttles aggressively.

i was hoping the stock ones would be released because i really like the AMD stock cooler but the sapphire one is just too pretty

The Sapphire 460 OCed beats the 950 in most dx11 games,and already beats it in almost all dx12 games.
Assuming that your a poorfag,which is the only reason that you would even consider buying either,the 460 is going to last you a whole lot longer than the 950,so all in all although its the same price you get a much better deal.
