Ok, as i said if you think the past it's not important i respect your opinion, however to this point you hardly have given a counterargument to the fact that MS has a long history on using unethical practices against their competitors. Look again at what you wrote and what does it imply and think for a moment if it's reasonable. If you would ignore any piece of past evidence when you make a decision it's up to you but think about this:

If your answer is that you came to that conclusion based on your past experience then you're contradicting yourself.
