That's for hit and runs, no? And it only costs $5 to get unbanned IIRC. It happened to me earlier this summer because I switched computers and had a lot of stuff seeding that I stopped seeding. And considering it only happens like 2 times a year tops, $10 a year for all of the shit I torrent isn't bad.
