I am about to install Ruby on Rails and get cracking on some work. I have a Windows 10 computer (good specs) as well as a 5k retina iMac. Which one should I use for Ruby on Rails? I briefly read about macs being somewhat better for Ruby content development because they run on a UNIX system.

Mac not just because unix, but because the environment plays friendlier with ruby (whereas linux plays friendlier with python)
