So i got recommended Sandisk Ultra II SSD as supposedly best price/performance wise but then i find Kingston Hyper X SSD and it seems better. Which is it?

Own both, sandisk is better
they're both nvme correct? I'm only asking because your picture is

Thank you. Additionally, kingston is m.2 structure/whatever and is supposedly much faster then sandisk (according to logical increments). Is it noticeable difference?

one is normal sandisk ultra II and other m.2 brand new tech or whatever, i am not an expert.
Why not Samsung Evo?
>>55961029
if you can get a samsung pci-e m.2 its about 4x faster than most things on the market.

just checked samsungs m.2 and its expensive as fuck. almost 200 dollaros for 250Gb. shit son i dont know if i can justify it in my head.
>>55961645
Can confirm. My samsung m.2 can read at >1200 MB/s.

>The newer and faster type is M.2 PCIe (PCI-Express). The PCIe drives can transfer data at up to 3900 MB/s.
wonder which ssd can actually do that
>>55961993
950 or 850? 850 is relatively cheap
If your m.2 is sata get the cheapest one, speed is useless because of sata bottleneck
If its a pcie m.2 then get that

yes but 950 cost not even twice as much but is 4 times faster. if i were to get one it would be 950 but its expensive.
