Preface, fuck GPU threads, but I want something answered:
What's the deal with the "$199" 480?
I saw it, I thought "Damn that looks nice, Imma get one!", now shit's all $350. The fuck?
Is this just the retailers not having as many as demand asks for so they're bumping up the price like cunts, or the OEM's just charging more because fuck it?
If it's the retailers then fuck that, they're never gonna drop the price down, why would they?
If it's the OEM's, then when the fuck will we see a $199 card?

Blame the fucking miners. They're buying up all the stock and for the moment AMD's first run is struggling to keep up with the demand. Retailers, being the greedy shits they are, have taken the opportunity to jack up prices in response because they know the miners will still grab it.
There's also likely some yield issues that need to be worked out since this is a brand new node after all.
