i hate it when companies do this, because it usually means that whilst it's realtime, it's probably rendered at 24fps for the trailer, it's a massively upgraded version of the actual graphics that will be in the final game, and it's running on a triple-1080 rig with a massivley overclocked cpu which no ordinary person could afford.
