Sounds like low tranny fluid, trans fluid pump, tourqe converter might be fucked, or the clutch packs are burnt up and slipping

Check the atf level in the trans

You have some fucked up sensor, m8. Look like something's not reading your RPM right.

Let's think here, if the engine itself is ok and doesn't choke it is most likely the governor sensor.
