The problem is MS is that they've always been anticompetitive. One thing is liking microsoft's products and something different is supporting their bullshit.

He created a company which did two things.
A. they made computers accessible to office workers who wanted a computer at home.
B. they popularized the server-client model.

I don't really care for either of those changes.
I think people are better off with an OS they can use. But his focus was on corporations which needs are different of those to private people.
As for servers, I think people would be better off if they served content to themselves.
