Hello /g/ Are IPhone hackable? Some kid was saying is not possible

It's actually very easy to hack an iPhone. They have loads of unpatched vulnerabilities and backdoors. I won't talk to you about them here because then I'd get in trouble. But let's just say that after reading a few IT security books you will be able to hack into any iPhone.

Android can be hacked too but because it's open source it's vulnerabilities get patched rather quickly and I've yet to find a backdoor on the Android OS.

Anyway if you really care about your privacy then get an Android phone and install the latest CM ROM on it and never install google apps.

Apple doesn't care about your privacy as long as they make bank. This is why they handed the KAT over to the feds in a heartbeat.

In fact, you might remember the FBI trying to get Apple to crack a guy's iPhone a few months ago.
