Cool, BSD is pretty cool.
Hi.
openbsd devs should look to bitrig for some inspiration
the only GNU tool left in it is texinfo
Just switch to Linux already
Is it possible to recompile dri and libEGL to depend on llvm38 instead of llvm37?
Can somebody tl;dr what BSD is, and what it's relationship to *nix is?
A wiki would also do.

on what BSD?

FreeBSD is an operating system for a variety of platforms which focuses on features, speed, and stability. It is derived from BSD, the version of UNIX® developed at the University of California, Berkeley. It is developed and maintained by a large community.
There are others in the BSD family, such as Open, dragonfly, and net

FreeBSD. I've tried using portmaster to just recompile both of them while having llvm38 installed, but they both still depend on 37. It would be nice if i could uninstall 37 now that i have 38

weird, there's no configuration option
did llvm38 just come out? maybe that's why
if you really need it maybe you should fuck around with the Makefile
Freebsd and i3 is really comfy. :)

i never thought about it until now, but i just realized that the ports system is perfect for suckless programs
writing patches should be really easy
