I've been sitting here for 4 hours now.
Fuck Charter and it's 0.5MB upload cap, I miss being able to stream shit that didn't look like a ps1 cutscene. download is barely passable at 4.5MB.

my only other option in this area is Frontier (replaced Verizon), but they kept me without internet/phone/tv for over a week on Day 1, failed twice to send a technician when they said they would, and charged me for the month ahead of time, including the week when i had no service.

what are my options to escape this oddly specific layer of hell /g/?
