Any actual handymen on this board?
Last night i wanted to toast some bread so i put my oven on grill and immediately when i press start i hear a loud pop and the breaker flips. I flip the breaker back and my oven won't turn on, when i take the plug out and put it back in it turns on for a couple seconds then turns off. It has a clock that should be running on its own but even that turns off after a couple seconds.
I inspected the internals and the light bulb seems shot. i don't have a similar fitting but my multimeter shows no continuity. Question is, would this be the problem? It seems illogical for a broken bulb to cause the oven not to turn on at all.
any input?

This won't end well. Are you sure your fuse is good?

where did you buy the toaster and where are you right now

Try taking a bath with it, I heard that helps.
The heating element blew and it caused voltage spike or a shot circuit, that why the breaker flipped it wont flip if a light bulb brakes.
And now it won't turn on since there is nothing to turn on.

That's what i thought, but i inspected the heating element and there's no dark spots, nor is it obviously broken anywhere.

fuse seems fine

Bought second hand over a year ago. Never any problems. Moved it last week during a move. First time using the grill function after moving, so i figure something broke while moving.

Also i don't think it's the fuse because the thing turns on for a couple seconds.
