Guys can u help me pls?
jews
How did you do that
Jesus Christ that single bend is triggering me
>>55915199
i just touchet it accidently :|
>>55915167
Just bend it back
>>55915167
I don't understand how this could even happen without you being a retard deliberately.
>>55915215
omfg touched*
I don't fully understand this but if they're bent pins, get a pair of shitty reading glasses and some needles. It'll take a while, but I did it for mine when the shitty ASRock board I bought came with bent pins.
If it's the thing missing in the middle. You're fucked kiddo.
>>55915167
what a retard
>>55915167
Where's the bent? I can't see it.
>>55915215
>>55915243
Heard this 10,000 times, every time it turned out retardation was the answer.
>>55915570
Everywhere
>>55915215
With what, your whole fist?
Fuck out here.
>>55915647
Shit, all the pins? No way this wasn't on purpose.
>>55915167
That's a weird looking toaster
Yes it's broken, pins should be on CPU, not on socket.
>>55915167
Two options:
1. Risk using it like this
2. Risk and try to fix the bent pin
>>55915610
>"i cleaned the lens why wont it read disk?"
>massive finger print on lens and bent
>"why wont my games run?"
>high end radeon on a 300w psu
>"upgrade me to windows 10 because the tv says its free"
>2003 dell desktop
Which deities give you the strength to tech support?

Am I being trolled?
I literally see nothing wrong it
>>55919310
That's picture of fucked up socket, it should look like this
>>55919323
Doesn't really matter how the socket looks when the entire motherboard is going to be on fire once you press the power button anyway.
>>55918351
Vodka
OP dont listen these retards , as far as i can see there is nothing wrong with the pins, a large part of them is angled and thats how its intended to be

Not even OP but if you guys dont have triggering OCD or Autism, you might be in the wrong place.
With filter is easy to see
>>55921395
What filter?
I literally did something similar and I can't see exactly what or how to fix it if even possible. Damn eyesight
>>55921746
What r u goin' to do with it?
>>55921746
A small needle and a steady hand.
>>55922400
never that
>>55922552
Then what?
I've never done that shit before, since I'm AMD master race and my bent pins can be fixed with a knife.
>>55915306
>when the shitty ASRock board I bought came with bent pins
why didn't you just return it?
>>55922606
Factory-bent pins are the hardest thing to prove. I reccomend you to film the board unboxing and the cpu installing process.
>>55922571
>pretends to be any sort of master
>bends pins because absolute non-mastery of simple motor functions
How much was the motherboard?
>>55922610
I can't speak for OP, but in my area stores will open the box and inspect the pins before giving it to you.
Makers probably didn't want to eat the cost of $150+ mobos being returned because some one had fat fingers and bent the pins so now we have these stringent checks in place.
>>55922643
About 145$ in my country
>>55922729
I know how you can get an RMA or return for bad board.
Email me [email protected]
>>55915167
That's what you get for buying LGA
>>55922606
Basically what >>55922610 said. I've dealt with it before and it really isn't worth the hassle. I was really excited for my new build and I didn't feel like waiting to RMA it even if they accepted the request. I went to a dollar store to get the needles/glasses, and it took some patience but it's been working flawlessly ever since.

What the fuck is actually wrong with it???
Is there a bent pin? Are all the pins bent? Is it the missing resistor-thing in the lower left of the middle part?
How did it get this way?
Or is it just a bad purchase? AMD instead of Intel, or an old type of socket?
>>55923024
disregard this
the last person I replied to actually circled the one pin that is ever-so-slightly bent
thanks
>>55919480
vodka is a decent deity, but I find amaretto tastes better
>>55915167
>bread shaped socket
Ah, I see. It's a toaster.
>>55915167
Is it just me or is the whole socket cover canted to the right
>>55920412
there's a bent one near the top as well
Zero
Insertion
Force
i used a pair of tweezers once on bent cpu pins, on a fucking p4, thing still works too but i took the hds out of it
>>55915167
How in the fuck
>>55923024
they are capacitors. In place of capacitor there exist three little resistors.
he bent one pin jesus christ
If you aren't retarded you can try to fix it with needle, I did it with some LGA775, maybe it'll work here. You can lose warranty if you do something wrong.
But if you have wooden hands you should send thins motherboard for warranty. They will accept.
>>55915167
It's probably fine , I have a couple of slightly bent pins on my first moded lga 775-771 mobo and it werks without any problems.
Just push it back a bit with a needle or something.
