Anyone recommend any decent (free) software for producing simple tracks for beginners? It will be used to produce sound tracks for games and such. I've tried a few things so far but they didn't seem very intuitive (to me atleast).

The FL studio trial let's you do everything expect load saved projects. Use it, see if you like it. If youre a beginner you won't be saving and loading anyway, just to learn
