How set transparent borders on i3 like this?

is this the new mio thread

after you would download paint.net you need to

1. copy and paste image you want to edit

2. click on wand tool (should be on left side of paint.net screen)

3. click on the borders

4. Use the eraser (there will be a number that you can make eraser larger with by clicking it)

5. click ctrl S so you can save or near the top left of the tap if u search through them you can find a button that says save as. Just save it to a file then go to the file after you save as.
