You must build your own 8-bit computer (with your own CPU blueprints) and program your own OS with assembly. Absolutely no I/O with outside world.
Then install the most manual-configured, terrible distro of Linux without a kernel in a VM that you coded for your computer in pure assembly.
Or you could just buy a digital alarm clock from the 1980's. Same effect, no botnet.
