what good IEMs would you recommend me for under $70. I know 'good' IEMs are much more expensive but I'm looking for something cheaper.

You said under $70. IMO the 8320 compares favorably to the Altec Lansing iM716 IEMs I had previously, which are based on an Etymotic Research design. 8320 is actually better in some areas such as cable design.
Don't buy anything past $30 without removable cables
