Fan Mounting Tips

I'm trying to mount fans in my Phantom 820, pic related. I'm using Fractal Design R2 Silent Series which come with rubber screws as well as 4 regular screws.
The problem I'm having is I'm trying to mount one onto the interior pivot fan slot, but the rubber screws make the fan droop and I don't trust it to stay on. I tried using the screws that came with the fan but they don't even fit into the fan holes. Am I doing something wrong, or did Fractal Design just fuck up and include the wrong screws? I have three other identical fans and their screws don't fit either.

Also, would mounting two 200m fans above the top rad be a good idea? I don't want to have one 200m fan in the mesh on the side of the case, because I wan't to be able to see inside as much as possible. I have one 200m pushing out the front of the case as well.
