Office online always seemed more fully featured than Gapps to me. And 365 also comes with the desktop apps as well, so not much of a question if you're not paying

Why do you need either for enrollment? I don't get it. For the enrollment application form? Couldn't you just use OpenOffice/LibreOffice to edit it?

If your university requires non-free, freedom-hating solutions for basic enrollment, you need to change universities or at least speak with someone in charge about how you refuse to use non-free solutions that jeopardize your privacy.

Fight back. This isn't fucking grade school, kids. This is an institution that YOU fund with YOUR OWN (or someone else's via proxy) MONEY. They have to answer to YOU.
