I put Windows 10 in sleep mode and immediately it awakens. I went into device manager and unchecked under power management for the network adapters. I have wake timers disabled. Open the command prompt in and said wake Source unknown. Even when I shut it down it wakes. How do I fix this?

by installing gentoo and having virtually no drivers, your computer won't be able to be woken up by external devices

Switch it off?
Does anyone know how to fix the problem anyone at all?

That is the background downloader for Windows updates. Wakes my PC all the time, it can't be stopped. No power management or anything else can disable that form of Wake on Network Activity.
One of many reasons I went back to 7
