Do you think Microsoft will disable win32 programs in future Windows updates?

I'm surprised they haven't yet.

Definitely not on enterprise and education versions
Maybe in 3 years on home and pro versions

nah. too many legacy programs run by big corporations to do that. they were dumb enough to try messing with companies running windows and got their faces shoved into the ground (nt licensing fiasco).

Explorer is a win32 program. Do you really think Microsoft is willing to recode Explorer? Considering how little effort they put into it with Windows 10?

Well, I wouldnt be surprised if they did with all the pushing towards the Windows Store
