guys?
it's still there.
wat do?
>>55834842
Yours is still offering it for free? Mine is still hogging up my taskbar just for the sake of a window telling me the upgrade offer has ended. Gee thanks.
>>55834942
Still says free on mine. I don't know wtf is going on.
I just want it to go away entirely.

>Remember than thing I teased you about for a year?
>Guess what! It's gone now! You blew it!
>Now I'm just going to stay here and remind you every day of your mistake.

>Even windows will bully autistics, basement dwellers, and robots
>>55834842
uninstall the update that added that shit to your windows
>>55835254
You can still "upgrade":
http://www.ghacks.net/2016/07/29/you-can-still-grab-a-free-windows-10-upgrade-after-july-29-2016/
>>55836439
But I never clicked on that shit. And I don't recall using "assistive technology", unless vibrators count.
>>55836439
if i upgrade with that now can i still go back?
>>55836857
Probably. I don't see why you couldn't, but will have to format most likely.
>>55834842
In my case the upgrade logo still appears in the task bar, but now it's just a reminder that "I blew it"
That being said, I checked upgrades in my control panel and it's still there, ready to be upgraded, for free...

I know you guys dislike them, but this probably helps with disabling telemetry even in Win7

>full back up image
>upgrade to w10
>restore image when you want to
Knew it. Even after the year, the amount of money they make from selling your data is so much more than selling the OS. Everyone predicted it would still be free past the offer and here it is
Don't even give a shit about privacy, what kind of cuck uses an OS that broken
>>55834842
Upgrade
>>55834842
why would i get windows 10 for free when i paid to downgrade to win7 from win10 on my new laptop
>>55834842
upgrade to windows 10 and stop being an idiot
>>55841768
>>55841786
>>55841806
There's no upgrades available for windows 7.
>>55841860
yeh there was
>>55841928
WAS is the operative word there. The upgrade period is over and even the workaround of lying about assistance technology didn't work for me.
>>55836857
there is a month period where you can restore to windows 7 via settings. Not sure if its still a thing though.
