I think the reason they didn't use Intel processors in here is because the US government refused a shipment of intel processors to China

so the Chinese government started heavily supporting processor manufactures and designers in China

how are Chinese super computers better than American computers, don't they have millions of processing cores despite only being like, two or three times more powerful than american computers with a couple tens of thousands?
