Well, on the off chance that someone does need to mount some archaic format that Windows doesn't recognize I'd suggest PowerISO, it's what I used back in the day and it never had malware.

I always liked Alcohol 120%. IIRC it can bypass old disc-DRM and it's not bloated.

I have poweriso but I generally just extract the .iso as if it was a rar file and then delete the iso and keep the folder. Much more convenient.
