How do you do a desktop like this, /g/? Is there a FULL guide for it?

Step 1: install GNU/Linux (recommended (but optional): minimal distro such as arch, gentoo, etc)
Step 2: Install a tiling WM like bspwm or similar
Step 3: use a minimal terminal like urxvt
Step 4: edit config files until riced to your liking

Additional suggested software: dmenu to launch programs, lemonbar if you want a minimal staus bar

There's not much else to it, for that specific kind desktop at least.

I may use my Debian, Lubuntu VM or make an Arch VM. Does LFS/BLFS count?

I am a mouse user. I mean that I use my mouse a lot. Does Openbox qualify (tiling isn't a priority for me)?

yes I use arch myself and I used ubuntu before

Yes, I use openobox myself. The two "ricers" I like the most also do. One is a deep weeb (he's kinda nice tho, he's on /wg/ and he'll help you) and the other is a transsexual fag that whines about muslims on reddit tho.

you use a window tiling manager. get rid od everything.
use a hip wallpapper
find color scheeme.
install screenfetch mpd+ncmpcpp. do a visualizer. install feh and open a hip or anime pic. install compton. maybe add borders maybe not. whatever is cool for the month. make sure you don't have a lot of packages.and steal or make your own screenfetch distro image. mmusic playlist must be japanese or something nobody has heard of.

pretty much it.takes a bit of time. but what happens after the screenshot. that's the mystery.
