I am building my first pc in this very moment. Can you guys tell me what the right connector is? Left is plugged into the psu middle one is molex I think.

I have two intake fans in the front of the case and one exhaust fan at the back. Is is then I good idea how I installed the cpu fan? Note that I have a no closed top on my case. There is a dust filter applied
