cpu bottleneck?

cus the i5 2310 is locked it will bottleneck that gtx 1060. get a i5 2500k or i7 2600k for cheap and overclock as much as possible. u also need a z77 to be able to overclock.

yup ur good. ive heard the 2500k can hit 4.8ghz on air and that should remove any noticeable bottleneck.

got a deal on Patriot Viper 2x8gb 1600. Only paid $35. Was using 4x2gb 1333 from the same pc I scavenged the cpu from haha
